" It is better in all aspects if you ask me. It has faster clear(leap slam is very slow compared to whirling blades) + Higher ES pool(Much easier to stack high numbers of ES) + More damage(I have 1.67 mio dps pr magma ball) + it is much cheaper(Getting very good Life On Hit rings can be very expensive + Nebulochs are expensive compared to HoWA + shield + 2 abyss tombfist is much more expensive than Shaper's touch) The only place where Nebuloch might be better is delving deep due to life on hit, but this could be fixed by buying a +30 ES on hit watchers eye.
