For searching jewel can use Weighted Sum and assign a weight to each mod then short by Sum.
To calc the weight of each mods divide the % damage of that mod give to you by the quantity of the stat ex: Increased Attack Speed mod give max 5% and to me that means 3% total damage, 3/5 = 0.6 weight. It need a lot of work but you may get the best jewel for the currency. |

i'm bored with this league already, uber elder drop rates sucks (ring, ring, ring, ring, staff, ring, ring. helm, ring, ring...etc no watcher's eye even shitty drops), t16 sustained but fractured items are so bullshit, good one are extremly rare and identifying millions of trash items is very annoying, i would say even disgusting

Good, what if we change lightning damage added by concentrated effect? in theory gives more DPS, is there any reason to use concentrated effect?
