You know, thinking about this. The boots that were previewed only had "Onslaught" on them. The amulet you're looking at is probably 15% increased int OR 1% damage per 15 Int.. and not both.
Same with the boots. 8 Movement speed, OR Onslaught. Luck of the draw. Still nice, but not nearly as broken, considering that Shaper/Elder items can't be fractured. | |

Am I the only one having a tough time leveling?
Currently level 50 with a 5S staff, life leech feels like its doing absolutely nothing for me and im taking a ton of damage. | |
" Yeah, that can be the case, but if it's so, then i guess we could rule out the possibility that "previous tiers included in hub, even if combined value higher than them" I mean, difference between last tier, and tier before it is only that additional implicit, like "onslaught". There would be no need to include same "8% movement speed" additional time if it was included from previous tier. But hey, it only logically speaking. Knowing GGG, their code not always amenable to logic ;) Sadly, my PC in repair, i can only play the game with GeForce NOW service, which is... possible, but not entirely enjoyable. " That range can be a bit rough. If you hold out until you have 6000 or 7000 ES, and some decent Int (around lvl 75 or 80) life gets much better. I pushed through to blood Aqueducts and just farm there until lvl 72 or so. You can also try to level with another skill. I had a 4-link Bane with very little investment (maybe a second curse off the tree) and it tore up everything until I got my feet under me with the build. | |
" What are you even talking about? You have way more than enough high level characters to nag you about the fact that you need to have life on your gear. Are you sure that it's not your first character ever? I mean, it's not like you are absolutely ought to have life on gear... i also like to play dangerously from time to time... But i'm not going to ask others "why am i keep dying?", isn't it obvious? |

" New league, no currency, in game drops havent yielded ANYTHING up to this point... Not sure what you want me to do besides try to craft gear with the very little currency I've gathered so far. This has been the worst leveling experience I've had for quite some time. Maybe I'm bad. | |
" You don't rely on leech at lv 50. That's why switching to CI is recommended later. Life flasks are still your friends at lv 50. Leech is helpful but it's not powerful enough at lv 50. " No, as i said, it's not an issue of having no currency to get the gear etc. I just found it strange that you are asking "Why am i dying?", while perfectly knowing that your gear barely have any life. What i meant is "Why asking something that you know yourself?". It's actually really frequent question from newbies, for obvious reasons, but i never expected to hear that from someone with several 90+ lvl characters, that's all. |

" Nope they aren't. I think the biggest issue is that I havent gotten any decent rare drops for about 4 acts now. Its crazy bad rng at this point. |
