What passive is most effective to anoint into my amulet?

Hey man just wanted to saw I appreciate the build guide! I am level 69 and am having alot of fun doing maps. With b the new minion support gems and carrion golemn plus buffs to zombie how do you feel about the build in its current state?

In guide two times linked old Vis Mortis with +1 spectr. I think its need to update to actual no-spectre version (if its steel good choice), because now guide looks like just renamed to 3.8

V 1.6 Update (08/09/2019):
-3.8 PoB link updated. Levelling trees added!
-Both Viz Mortis and Bones of Ullr CANNOT have +1 spectres anymore, yet they still stay as best in slot items for levelling!
-faq section added about proccing EE.

Bones of Ullr still has +1 Spectres though.

You need to have a source of added non-fire elemental damage somewhere, on ring, amulet.. etc

Hello everyone, I read the guide and it's cool.
But the question of the choice of spectres is poorly affected.

What is the strongest spectre for clear map now?
And I correctly understood that if I use SolarGuard I need GMF?

I use solar guards, goes great with SRS | Infernal | Minion Instability. There are best spectres for cold and lightning builds as well.
