Hello guys,

I've compared my setup with this build, but my DPS/Sustain on 90th LVL are quite bad, 14LVL map - a lot of oneshots from bosses.

Could somebody advise me on further improvement of my setup? Maybe I've made a mistake?

Hello,

First I would like to thank Angry_Roleplayer for the guide. I really enjoy the necromancer fantasy and this build was my very first character in PoE, during Betrayal, and has also been my second character's build for Synthesis (now playing with a little bit more knowledge of the game and it's mechanics).

That said, I'm currently lvl 91, with some sweet gear (recently acquired my 6L Vis Mortis) and have been doing just fine, yesterday finished the Elder quests with no issues and now going towards the Elder and then Uber Elder.

In the last couple of days tough, I had an issue I've never had before and would like to know if it also happens to y'all too.

I was running a T13+ map when suddenly, and for the first time using this build, I noticed that my Solar Guards were dead. I raised them again, but it kept happening in that particular map. Next map, all fine... Latter in the day, I faced the same problem again in yet another map, so after that I tried to uncover what mod was responsible for this and yesterday I discovered that my spectres were dying to totems, specifically Vaal Totems if I'm not mistaken.

I do not understand the game mechanics so well at the moment to know if they die because the physical dmg provided by the totem is too high for them, or if they die because they can leech the 1 HP mobs, or even if it actually is another totem's fault. Just wanted to know if it also happens to other spectre summoner players, if it is a particular weakness of this build etc. In one way or another, I'll be avoiding maps that have the totem mod for a while.

Use defensive curses like enfeeble and temp chains. You don't need 3 life flasks, get an armour or dodge flask, or rumis
for damage make sure you use lvl 84+ spectres

Based on POB, Cannibal Fire Eaters at least 2 times stronger than any other possible spectre.

Ele reflect maps are NOT possible for summoners, because, your spectres are killing themselves and no matter - how many regen or leech they have.

Not agree, it of course going slower, but what i'm doing in ele reflect T14+ maps

Removing spell echo, and removing the stone from passive skills, than they are not making so mage damage, and using skeletons to clear everything. It becomes slower - but still manageable if i need to close the maps :)

1. You have no resistances to Chaos
2. You have not used neither any of possibilities - neither Mana shield, neither Evasion of spells, neither additional chance to block of course you are always squeezed by the monsters.
3. Change your bandits choice to 2 skill points - use it wisely
4. Up to Uber Elder you do not need so point target damage, but you need more splash damage, change your skeletons for melee splash damage, and change your skills for +2 to skeletons summon instead of aura damage.

I'm using Mana shield+evasion for spells skill, have 4k HP and 2,2K Mana - receive very rarely oneshots for all mapping.

75 resists for all types. Now upgrading the equipment to have at least 5k HP & 2 k Energy shield for more survival:)

Damage is more than enough without blasphermy support and elemental weaknes, but i'm using helmet with immolate by skeletons.

I've had no problems with ele reflect after picking up the minion life regen/leech nodes

The only mod that I don't like is no regen just because it's a hassle to put on a mana flask and it's a little higher risk, and maybe no taunt

This build is definitely not very tanky and requires constant dodging, fortify, and flasks

Also remember to summon skeletons for any fight that will take longer than a second or two especially if you've dropped zombies

I've dropped out of Commander of Darkness for Bone Sculptor which provides more value imo, making skeles easier to summon and more effective

I also like picking up Harrier for the extra move and attack speed
