I think only a few std players mentioned those skills and interaction.

The one who started to create a build around it is not playing (trolling) pvp much anymore and others who know had ranged superior builds.

It also required at the time some mirror worthy weapon to shine and the minimap names on screen (because of ranged builds) as well as the skills weakness stopped players to really try it seriously.

Nowadays it might be worth a shot (since new mods on 1h are insane) but consecrated path would be stronger overall (because easier to use and have less weakness) so in the end the build still not worth it for top players probably ( I say probably but I am sure if Rupenus wanted, he could make it work since he was pretty good with those melee skills) .
