What's wrong with the PoB?

I just wondering if its a good idea to pick (Blessed rebirth x Reneval) and (Life from death x Reneval) insted of (life from death x Blessed rebirth) and (First among equals x vengeful commander) ? Looks like renewal is kinda pob-better than a vengeful commander after nerf.

What is the purpose of using Hypothermia in gem links? (instead of brutality \ minion speed \ added.fire or other support)

Does anyone have a 3.12 Necromancer pastebin link for this build?

Becasue they changed that in 3.12.
Hextouch can only apply hexes, as stated by them gem. Sniper's mark is a mark. Frostbite etc would work with hextouch.

And what is the use Skitter Bot for this build?

Elemental equilibrium, is to get the -50% cold resistance to your minions damage on enemies, since hatred is linked with genorosity, it does not effect us, only our minions. And avatar of fire is to make sure we (the player, not minions) only deal fire damage, so we proc elemental equilibrium for our minions.

Skitterbots is to shock for ekstra dmg, and they also chill.

Atleast this is how I think it works. Correct me if I am wrong :)

What @Bzorek said is correct, though the Chill from Skitterbot + Bonechill support grants 16% increased cold dmg taken (it's a multiplicative dmg modifier similar to shock that gives 18% but for all dmg not just cold).
