I did think about this. You can swap out Controlled if you want for less damage, but I think swapping out Life is less survivability.

I feel like I'm missing something obvious, but why does the updated tree have Elemental Equilibrium and not have Aligned Spirit or Sovereignty?

im seeing the same, so i was wondering if mixing the necro he had before with the templar now might be good.

At lvl 90
you lose 1k hp and 300 life regen and 200 armor

you maintain life and mana leach

you gain 1 jewel,5 minion notables(some give more attack speed and damage),30 more unreserved mana, 10 more mana regen

thought about droping the points from ravenous horde and/or indomitable army and picking up cruel preparation,mystic bulwark,enduring bond,combat stamina,stamina,lucidity, or using those extra points on the original path below the life chunk

I had a problem with the link of "Earlslayer" because it is still in the old talent tree.
I once built my first talent tree. You can look at them and give your opinion. Since I'm an SRS fan, I also created 3 leveling trees.

to view the tree i changed you need to make a new tree in Path of Building then hit import tree at the bottom of the screen and paste the link

Edit: sadly looks like importing the tree this way does not maintain the gems,jewels and gear systemplayerlost has in the original
