So how this build does in blight. Is MS ok to clear/defend lanes? Or Tectonic SLam is better for this purpose?

I've been looking at your Pob and it's showing some high damage numbers
MH weapon damage going 30k+ but you've got placeholder gear only equipped How is it so high? | |
" what do you mean by place holder? i just crafted the rares in POB to have some life. all of your damage comes from the uniques and helmet. | |

Can we do the Hall of the Grandmasters with this build ?

" yes. for those block and regen builds use balefire with the relevant support gems in the sceptre (the 2nd set of weapons when you press X). you can also use frost bomb to reduce their regen. | |
