Using mana falsk or thief torment. I'm using thief torment right now.

I really appreciate your advice but maybe is here any other options? TT is like -140 hp and that's a lot and mana flask is still not enough for some bosses.
Hey,

So I have planned more or less the same build earlier today with a few differences that I would like to discuss with you:

- Reach of the Council seems like a good bow for this build, you mention how added projectiles matter, I really wonder if it could outperform Lioneye's Glare because of this

- You didn't even mention Dendrobate as a viable chest yet it seems like it could be good, it gives you by far the most DPS out of all the chests by bumping your chance to poison to 100% (freeing up a few nodes), extending poison duration (assuming 150 int) and giving you a nice boost to poison damage which is the biggest contributor to this build's DPS; Dendrobate's only issue is the lack of health but it has all resist which Cherrubim doesn't

- How about Sin's Rebirth? It's a nice little DPS boost and a good defensive tool

- How about Maloney's Nightfall? It's more health than Drillneck and if you can get a jewel with a chance to blind you get an insane increase in damage as well as some additional mitigation

- You didn't include Unbound Ailments in your main 6L yet your PoB tells me it's the biggest DPS you can get out of all the support gems except Damage on Full Life

Overall I think I'd rather just not put any support with the Herald and play more classically with Grace instead. I'm not convinced the Crawler's damage is worth the investment considering you don't have a single minion node allocated. I'd just use naked Herald for the little buffs it gives me.

I don't mean to be critical of your build, just want to know your thoughts about these points.
More projectiles increase AOE of the skill, rather than dps, because density of the arrows stay the same.

Another reason I rerolled trickster, solves Mana problems and enables defenses like Mind over matter. I'm getting it via Cloak of Defiance.

Any suggestion on how to get as much profit as possible from the "Master toxicist" passive which is a great buff to the poison damage while using Quill rain + Toxic rain combo? I assume poison would better scale with a high phys dmg bow, but I think we have decided that Quill is a BIS for this build.

Poison definitely scales good with flat phys. To maximize poison you need all chance to poison nodes (which i take in this build), as well as Unbound Ailments + Added Chaos + Deadly Ailments. This way you will do a fuckton of poison. Adding dendorobate on top is also BiS for poison

Mana on hit. Mana on kill. Going to Essence Sap on the tree. Mana leeched on a flask.
Another reason why i am scaling attack damage on this build as well, so that i could actually use phys damage to leech mana.

Hi there!
And thank you very much for the feedback btw! This is actually very helpful!
Reach of the Council seems great, but i think it will be slightly worse than the Glare. Glare gives you "hits can't be evaded".

Dendrobate is indeed a solid option, but it will not be a huge boost. And losing Belly is a huge HP hit tbh.

Sin's Rebirth is amazing actually. I totally forgot about it. But it's very hard to fit as we need at least 1 blue flask for freeze immunity to open chests :)

Maloney's Nightfall is great! Will add to the build options! Thanx!
Unbound Ailments was there and then i reconsidered a bit towards Added Chaos.
If you use hugh phys bow then Unbound is better. If you use Quill Rain = Added Chaos is better.

I've read that the chaos damage of the pod explosion can poison, and the poison damage is based off of the chaos dps. So isn't unbound ailments + added chaos good together in a non-phys dmg build?

I'm using Quill Rain and scaling chaos/dot/poison damage. I have a corrupted armor 6L which has 3G-2B-1B so I need to have two blue supports lol.

These two will definitely fit your chest!
