Due to cyclone mechanic we want to do short switch of direction with it, so we benefit from the free extra hit when u reset cyclone. If u want to confirm the free first hit on direction change (cyclone reset), all the info is there on the wiki (thats why cyclone has 50% Less Damage on the first hit, u could cheat the dmg by doing small quick cyclone). so from what i understand, movement speed is the biggest damage amplifier for this build. it will allow us to "short spin" quicker and give more "casts" of cyclones which result in a quicker ramp up for indigon. so a minimum distance cast cyclone seems to give my character one spin. with that one spin, i am dealing hits at my APS times 2. however, wouldn't too much attack speed affect the procs per second? hitting before the cooldown is up would mean you need to wait for you next attack to proc mjolnir again.
