Removed the COC version its still much better to go EO and make sure to discharge full charge. Posted a new shaper run with the EO version u can see the dmg is the same or even better. A day w/o dealing with stupid ppl is like....Never mind. I just threw the CI version together on standard on this character to replace the now dead Zerphi's VD build I was using. This build has virtually zero single target DPS and feels far weaker at clearing than I was expecting. Sure I feel pretty unkillable with a Vinktar's up, but otherwise I'm pretty disappointed. I can pop onto a Chin Sol bow build and kill a boss in 2 seconds flat that is taking me more than a minute on this character. Any idea why this is the case? I looked at your "gear I use in standard" and saw you had Romira with CI gear. I was under the impression Mjolner/CoC was going to be pretty insane damage in 3.5 so this was the first build I decided to make. Had never actually used a CoC build before.
