Anyways, does jewelry with "30-35% chaos damage" count as important? I see more the crafting #chaos-#chaos damage as more popular. Does the % chaos damage not have as good of an effect? Trying to see where I should be pulling gear and focusing.
In an earlier post KMQ said it is important to craft flat chaos damage on the jewelry, so it is kinda good, and if you can get your resists and attributes right and still have space for %chaos damage than thats the way to go.
Well, you see my gear. It has chaos damage crafted on one ring + I just got, but you can see my ring has 30% chaos. My resists are all practically exact at cap and my attributes are good too. Just trying to figure out if I should replace my 30% chaos ring with a higher life/resist roll and just craft chaos damage on it?
Edit: I should probably clarify my question. I'm getting to delve 300 now and barely being able to survive. My damage seems amazing, but I will either get one shotted or just overwhelmed by hits where I die. Have to play extremely safe or I can't gain any exp at this point...trying to figure out where in my build has the most obvious room for the biggest improvement?

Here is what I would do:
1. Get enfeeble either in your cwdt setup or with blasphemy, but that would require the "Herald of Agony has 30% reduced Mana reservation" helmet enchant + crafted %reduced mana and -9% chaos. (which is the end game goal anyway, since you dont need herald of purity and you want to run a defensive aura in late game (enfeeble, vitality)
2. Use a basalt flask as an additional defence and replace it with either witchfire (when you go with enfeeble) or coralito. Also get a proper life flask. When you have Mana problems craft a gemini claw for life and mana on hit or get the lab leech enchant on your boots.
3. Try to get more life on your rares and also get one good chunk of chaos resistance.
4. I found it very helpful to have an offhand with "Enemies killed explode dealing 5% of their life as fire damage". You can get other useful mods on there aswell like faster attacks, maim or melee splash and even blood magic, giving you more options in you gem setups.
5. An amulet with the chance to get power, frenzy or endurance charges.
(with a lot of mobs I pretty much have always all three charges at max)

Finally some good feedback, thanks!
So now I'm recoloring adding enfeeble, but the question is:
On a CWDT+ICall+ColdSnap+Enfeeble combo...what levels should the gems be???
Looking forward to testing this out. That and the basalt flask should hold me over until I can find a good helmet for sale with the right stats.
I think your selection of fossils is correct, BUT I would do that craft only if you need to use the resonator for the challenge. I think selling the resonator and buying corroded fossils would be the right way to get the correct result.
Corroded is a must, I never used a sanctified so I cannot judge if good or not, on paper it's good.
Aberrant brings me mixed feelings, because you get a higher chance to get added chaos that is one of the best prefix around, but you also get despair on hit that could steal a slot for attack speed.
I wouldn't use serrated, it opens too many suffixes and prefixes so you diluite the chance to get 60 more poison that is mandatory.
Shuddering is good, maybe best combination would be shuddering/corroded, but it costs 8-10 times more than corroded alone, and in that cost shuddering brings you onslaught on kill intead of attack speed sometimes.
Hope it helps, i crafted mine trying with corroded mainly and corroded/aberrants sometimes.

thanks :)
4 socket resonator is mainly used for challenge yes :)
But I guess I got the worst possible outcome on the craft, sadly :(
First I want to thank KMQ for making this guide, it was really fun to play!
But when you reach endgame or delve depth 350+ the initial build guide won't do it anymore.
For my final build I want to give Kudos to Fujira, thanks dude! I follwed his build going into late game.
Wow very cool!!
I'm actually still playing it. But having to reinvent myself a lot now. Was stuck on an Aul on depth 700 for days but finally managed to down him today with the build.
Boots: Originally it was all about the skill effect/increased skill duration, but now I see most higher tier builds without any skill effect and more hp/resists.
Offhand: It seems a lot of people in the higher end builds are using 5% of life explodes as fire damage with socketed supports. That much worth it over BOTC?
Since the moderator doesn't update the build as much (thank you though KMQ for everything), I'm hoping we can get some feedback on how to push this character past shaper/delve 300ish etc. So many options and confusion, but I'm sure there are particular things that have changed in this build that are must haves.

Heya, ill do a quick update on my own gear. I'm at 700-ish delve now and just recently beat Aul there.
I will swap to when doing Elder or lower depth bosses.
I swap to this when doing very deep delves and deep delve bosses for extra survivabily. Note that the watcher eye is mostly there for the extra life gain on hit : (recently crafted this). I will also pick up exceptional performance wheel(45 skill duration) for this and drop something else.
Also just recently crafted this:
If I had the strenght I would do 500 lab runs for the enchant, this is probably close to best in slot. The helm I have is also not bad and im utilizing the burning damge by using added fire gem. My crawler basically obliterates everything solo.
One thing that im working towards is to craft a better claw, its very tiring trying to buy all the shuddering fossils though. Im doing corroded+shuddering. My claw can be improved by higher %phys and added phys.
