Nice build! Very informative for less experienced players like me with only 430hrs on the game. One question though, with the new Glacial Hammer introduced in 3.7, is it possible I can switch out Ice Crash with Glacial Hammer? I wanted to give it a shot considering it should be a lot better now, but I couldn't find a build nearly as good as this one.

How does the change to multistrike affect this build? I am leveling currently and the change in attack speed is quite severe, but I wonder if the damage upgrade counteracts it somehow.
