why do you use purity of elements when you're already beyond resist capped and you dont need the additional chaos resistance from your watchers eye?

Question about having watchers eye; do you provide the clarity so it's constantly on? Or do you leave it and let it proc by damage with the cwdt?

Amazing build, I played this game for several years and I never came across a stronger build. I had a long brake after GGG nerfed ES since it was my absolute favorite way of building chars, this build got me hooked again :-).
Since I skipped this league I tried to max this out with some of the old legacy gear I had. Without wrath I still have 18,250 avg damage in hideout and 6.2 attack speed. Love it. I currently have 16,399 ES and I could max it more probably, I just don't need to. A few differences, I use the war banner to get my attack speed up with the accuracy rating and I have my curses on the gloves instead. I also used a corrupted gem to get immunity to the annoying "corrupted blood". I also picked a watchers eye that had 30% recovery rate to energy shield. Bottom line, best tank I tested with really good dps. There are attacks that are more spectacular and fun to use but it is rock solid and plays like a dream. A final note, I am using these bottles and man do they boost regen. The 9% extra regen makes this brutalis delux. |

A few pages ago somebody posted their 3.5 POB. Is anybody else willing to share theirs? The ones in the OP are several seasons old. I'm wondering if there's any significant difference.

Syndicates are no problem unless map mods are super rippy. My question is: How can I get mana leech without taking the two points on the tree? I see that the OP is using a watchers eye with mana leech but that eye in this league is currently 20ex+, which is out of my current budget. My watchers eye has 10% of phys damage taken as lightning while affected by purity of elements and of course the #% of mana gained as extra ES while affected by clarity. I am close to having enough unreserved mana that I can turn on discipline and go from having 9.2k es to 10.5k. Any other suggestions would be appreciated as I really am not sure what to do with the build next. | |
