Keep leveling and get more jewel sockets on the tree.. Flip your skill gems. Your Watcher's Eye is worse than a Flat ES Flat Lightning damage abyss jewel. Change your flasks, Atziri's, attack damage or pen Vinktar's, Wise Oak. Corrupt your belt for %Inc Int. You don't have a boot or helm enchant. No Int on Helm. Check your DPS with an Astramentis. If your ammy doesn't have both lightning damage per 15 int and %inc attribute you need a lot of flat Int on it to just have one mod or the other.

At a glance it's probably as good as an Astramentis if not worse as you scale % Max ES off of Strength as well as Intelligence.

If it had All Res, WED, or Flat Lightning damage you could justify using it over Astramentis.

Has anyone tried using aspect of the spider assuming you can drop purity of elements and running Fenemus spinnerets instead of deaths door?

I lost 29 energy shield swapping to 5 off max artamentis but gain about 300 on tool tip damage maybe better with artamentis then

Aspect of the spider is very good if you don't need resistances

Any tips for keeping shaper alive during elder fights, im very tanky and have decent dps but even on a tier 11 elder i could not keep shaper from being killed

For that fight I just sneakily equip Frost Wall and use that a safety barrier to protect him from some projectiles :)

You can try this. I tried it but I don't like the clunkiness of it. One tip I have not heard yet is this. Once you have enough damage you can run red tier elder with Inc AoE rather than conc eff. Do not concentrate on killing portals, just kill the mobs that spawn. Also, ancestral warchief here is stronger than ancestral protector since it covers more area and can take out the spawns on the other side. So when they spawn it would go like this.

Cast ancestral warchief at the opposite portals.
Kill mobs at your portal.
Shield charge to the other and clean up what warchief has left.
Rinse and repeat back and forth between portals.
