Do phase run take away frenzy charges from spectres if i use carnage chieftain to generate them?

If you look @ my tree it's an example of how you can follow the core skeleton of a 1h+shield build but do a few twists.

I don't suggest you follow what I've done exactly since I've added things like sovereignty to add with multiple auras.

Any version can clear any content comfortably, but people of course like to min/max and since summoners have no problems with damage, rearranging for more HP, attack/spell block etc is better if you plan to grind to mid-high 90s.

Many builds sort of finish and then just throw points into hp/sockets, but the great thing with summoners is you really are struggling with no enough skill points since there are SO many options you can turn into that need 4-6 points.

Annointments have also really broaden builds too, a great addition to the game.

Hi I’ll be out for quite a while and unable to post the wand I have questions on!

Wand A:
+1 to all levels of minion gens
30% minion damage
Trigger socketed spells

Wand B:
110% minion damage
Trigger socketed spells


In this case will wand A or wand B will be the wiser choice? More of the impact of +1 to minon gems vs the additional 80% increase in minion damage

If you can get one more spectre with wand a, use that. If not, use b, 1 level to gem gives only 4-5% more damage.

Hi everybody,
I've been following this thread since 3.8 began and it's been a very fun ride so far! I'm doing T14 maps and still chasing regular Eldar. I've never found Uber Eldar but this season I'll watch some videos on how to get him and that's my goal this season.

I just linked my gear below with current gems in them.

Basically I run around spamming phase run and convocation while temporal chains, wrath, clarity and dread banner are running. I cast Armegeddon Brands to spam the minus resits, and also I spam skeletons just to run interference on things.

FYI I have:
4 Slave Drivers
Dying Breath for Animate Guardian
5,435 life
403 energy shield
Resists:
Fire 102
Cold 106
Lightening 207
Chaos 3

I have a lvl 19 skitterbots gem on on off-hand, but it costs too much mana to run.

I'm currently saving for a +1 spectre 6L blue armor, but they are ~6ex, and I currently have 3ex - I'll get there.

ANY help would be greatly appreciated!!

Currently testing F&S as an additional defensive aura. So far, I really like it. I'm also really liking the high block chance and higher health pool. Damage is still not an issue but I haven't come close to dying once since making the switch, whereas I would get one shot or two-shot quickly every 5 or 6 maps with the v1 version. Granted, I'm running some rippy maps, but still.

The thing is, the only way to run F&S, Wrath and Skitterbots is to go into sovereignty, which I'm not opposed to, but it's gonna have to be at the cost of something. I'm still not convinced a 2nd curse is needed, aside from the deep delving gif Kay posted earlier. So it's a good end-game, min/max goal.

Plenty of testing still to do, although I'm quite eager to see Kay's final v2 update.

PoB has some inconsistencies compared to the written text.
From a short look it shows Chaos Golem instead of AG in helmet, EW instead of TC in gloves and Bone instead of Flesh Offering and some other different gems, so i guess the text needs some updating.

...Skitterbots is a must have aura if we are to believe that it’ll shock everything within its radius and increase our DPS by several hundred thousand. This would imply that there’s no point in running Conductivity where it may proc Shock whereas Skitterbots always will. The question for me at this point is what other auras provide a massive benefit to us to where it’s worth investing skill points and/or an anointment for less mana reserved.


Results from some testing:
It definitely appears to provide a guaranteed Chill and Shock effect and the Skitterbots are aggressive to boot!! This was visually confirmed by observing them in the field and seeing the actual Shock/Chill effect on groups of enemies.

In my eyes this means that Skitterbots is a cornerstone of the build as a guaranteed shock translates into that much more DPS.

To provide concrete numbers and context, let's assume a few things:

1) We're running T13-15 maps.
2) Raise Spectre is outfitted with Spell Echo + Minion Damage + Elemental Focus + Feeding Frenzy + Increased AoE
3) The Feeding Frenzy checkboxes are ticked/marked in PoB.
4) The EE box ticked/marked in PoB, and we haven't procced it yet.
5) AB is being ran in conjunction with Elemental Weakness + Curse on Hit.
6) "Standard Boss" is selected.

The DPS shown at this time for my character under these conditions is 396K and there's little to no issue clearing these maps. Marking that the enemy is shocked shows my DPS at 594K!! DPS then spikes to 896K when AB is procced!!

Tangential
Where it gets even nuttier DPS wise is when the Increased AoE gem is swapped out for Concentrated Effect, let's assume the same context as above:

Without shock: 609K DPS
With shock: 914K DPS
With shock and AB procced: 1.37M!!


The shock of Kitterbot only 20% damage increase. Use Kay "note" and edit one of your item will give more accuracy result.
Anyway, Kitter bot give 10% slower action and 20 increase damage . Which cost 35% mana. I dont think it's worth . Very hard to get that 35% mana reserve when you still need other aura.
Is it worth changing from v1 build to v2 wand and shield or it s still in beta?
