Why do my spectres die all the time? I have reflected the ele and beam of the uber elder. What should I do?

" Without investment into totems, you can only have the one. You can have 3 brands and they will move around packs. Realistically should only need it for tougher mobs anyway. There is no harm in using HFTotem if you prefer | |
Got some pointers from this build and it has been a lot of fun.
Im playing SSF so gear is a limiting factor. Interestingly I had the new Triad Grip drop... So I'm now playing around with having Zambies + Carrion + Minion Damage + x x has been FFrenzy, EleFocus and now Elemental Army. Not really needing the extra resistances - the max is nice though, but it now means that Zambies/Golems are doing 100% lightning, and proccing exposure. Running Conductivity and EE gives us -44% & -50% totaling a juicy -104% for Slave Drivers to take advantage of. The lack of EleFocus means we can also apply shock, the chance bumped by both gloves and conductivity also. I've also splashed out and taken the Golem Commander wheel, so the Physical damage buff is increased by 70% At this stage - I assume that Carrion provides the physical damage buff to spells also (doesnt specify attack/spell) and the gloves further convert 'physical damage' globally for all minions. So this *should* provide a further buff for Slave Driver damage. - Can anyone clarify that? Ideally, id move Spectres to a pseudo 6L helm allowing feeding frenzy to be used with Zambies/Carrion again. any thoughts? Last edited by w0lv3n on Sep 13, 2019, 12:30:51 AM

Just want to say im having a blast with this build. Using the Goatman fire raisers and they r doing quite well though blight bosses they dont seem to have the damage to kill them fast in red tier maps. Just trying to 6 link my pledge of hands right now and then gunna drop charity and wand. though how are slave drivers doing with the blight bosses?

I have killed every boss so far without issue on SD's. Even stopped using concentrate. Don't need it lol...
Killed the synthesis boss a bit ago on the new map. He killed 1 spec, 9 zombies and the golem. Finished him with 3 specs. Don't think my hp ever dropped under a half. With rotting legion and tanked up... Deaths are a thing of the past. Putting specs in the RL is a bit over the top. Sd large AOE and 20% taunt means your rarely the target of anything. Blights cake... A bit boring now to be honest... Kinda miss the glass cannon days. NS 20% physical reduction, 20% elemental reduction, Bone Barrier, 50% physical dodge, 52% spell dodge. What's better: 5-linked Pledge of Hands or 6-linked body armor? And what about add conductivity+ curse on hit to armageddon brand and drop temporal chains? We can get Whispers of doom passive point for additional curse and curse enemies with conductivity and temporal chains on hit.

Uber Elder down. Very smooth. None of my minions got close to death. Doing this a week in is very fast for me, though I did get one great early drop which funded all my gear. GL all and thanks again OP for the guide.
