Am just about done with the leveling process and am have an easy time. My current attack plan is that I just 'Flame Dash' into a mob and cast 'Convocation'. Things then just die. If the mob looks tough I will place a 'Holy Flame Totem' from a distance away, let it proc EE and calls my minions in for damage. 'Holy Flame Totem' also seems to work well with scenarios such as Blights. The guide suggests that we use 'Armageddon Brand' instead of 'Holy Flame Totem'.
