If you have the currency to buy all the items, yes.

The wand build is more a league starter and can be completed with a low amount of currency.

I must say, I'm not convinced the Staff version is much better, if at all. Unless the AoE increase from Greater Spell Echo matters that much?

DPS appears lower overall, and you lose Acrobatics (with the possibility for Vaal Acro), so I'm not even sure if defenses are better. 6k+ life with Acro is better than ~8k total ES+Life pool.

damn, im havin issues lol... i do feel auls onyx amulet would help but its pretty much impossible to get seeing as noone owns one on console lol.. any other options for uber elder?

ive given uber elder a crack 4 times and i can only get them both down to 40-25% hp left. tried switching to stone golem and also yugul on pantheon for less cold dmg,
got 5k hp and about 2.7k ES.

Did my very first uber elder with your build. Bricked the first set and did it with the second on the last portal. Intense, but only a matter of learning the mechanics properly. I consider this however a very special moment in my time in PoE as I tried to finish Zanas questline since War of the Atlas was released (That's 3 years ago if I am not mistaken).

Slave divers can be summoned by desecrate on act V.

- How EE is applied? Totem cant do this.

How do I go about running grandmaster map with this build, thought before it was cause of my starting gear, now realized that spectres in general suck at that map after some googling, is there a work around for sd's or what do I do?

It's not possible. Hogm is essentially a pvp simulator with the most broken builds possible. You can only do hogm with a bursty offscreen build like miner or VD.

Totems can't apply curses, but they can proc EE. Holy Flame is pretty good if you don't need to use Curse on Hit. It has a much larger coverage than Arma brand, itdrops Conc ground so you get 6% heal when standing close to it and it removes curses.




Mistress + Bone gives an extra 17% block, which is not bad, but a frost wall creates impassable terrain that blocks anything that doesn't have pierce.
