The idea behind it is that because the spectres cast faster, they spend less time locked into place by greater spell echo. He reckons it helps boost clear speed as well. Also can you please add the info in the crafting section on how to craft the helm. Helmet: Later, craft a +3 minion helmet, see: crafting section.
