Ive just got to maps and got my syndicate operatives. I really don't know what I am doing wrong but they do 0 damage when I equip triad grip, without them they clear well. How do I fix this? never played a necro so im struggling to understand whats going on with the conversion. Any help would be appreciated.

I think the "pure spectre" build has been hit the hardest by the recent changes.
With triad grip cold conversions, a horde of zombies and a golem linked to feeding frenzy and elemental army and (vaal) skellies in a 4l i felt the game to be a breeze. After I made the switch to clusters and to "pure spectres" i dont feel stronger, it rather feels like a step back. That may be because I am still missing some of the major gear upgrades like the +1 spectre chest and a +2 gem level wand, but I think that my overall subjective impression of the above is correct - Minion QUANTITY is giving you "more power" than Minion Quality. I think with that being said the FAS are great spectres with or without the triad grips. Zombies and Crabs with triad grips might be a powerhouse (even though i dont see that working out due to a lack of available sockets). Crabs and Zombies on Grip of the council are baller. The new arbalists from the boots might synergize really really well with some others spectres (depending on boot mods you can have ones that have all sorts of support abilities or dmg mods). So far I am confident it isnt all gloom and doom. Summoner is easy to start with and still scales comparatively cost effective into the endgame. Last edited by Rakschas666 on Aug 9, 2021, 1:45:34 PM

Hey guys, is there any sort of approximate budget to start building Skellies or Spectre? i'm having around 10 ex and don't know if i can build any of those 2( 3 if we count mage skellies) with that budget, i've seen the wands and chest piece craft and they seem really expensive.

decided to quit playing my summoner and am selling my spectre damage enchant devouring diadem for 7ex @largetotemenergy if youre interested :)

" You can start playing this without any budget at all. Take the "Minion Army" Build as a baseline and upgrade piece by piece. These two builds seamlessly transition into each other. Upgrade priority as Kay suggests in her guide. If you feel your spectres are powerhouses that breeze through everything, just finalize your transition.
