I've played last 3 leagues SO with bonechill skitters and hypothermia freezing enemies 50% of the time cuz of their innate superfast attacks and multiple projectiles. If you have enough damage (maybe no in 3.15) Ele Prolif is really strong for freeze lock. Do you mean POB? There is a big list of to-do in POB dev. The actual question was - if those ailments produced by the spectres dps is REALY worth it? On the other side is loosing 25% of HP of minions.
