It comes down to how once you progress into the endgame (atlas) and get watchstones, each region with 4 watchstones will give you an awakening level.
There's a total of 32 watchstones possible that can be placed across all regions. If you get all of them, then you get to Awakening 8. Awakening levels add life to unique bosses like Sirus, so each awakening level Sirus hits harder and has more HP, but his loot gets better as well.

Yup, you just unsocket a region, and you'll drop 1 awakening level.
Based on Pure Spectre Syndicate Ops character. Is Dread Banner more suitable or is War Banner more suitable?
Hello everyone, I just switched from cold carrion golem and spectres to this pure spectre build, i like a lot this survavibility, but i think the damage is being too low, i dont know if its the price for more survavibility or anything. One of my rings, the unset one, have add 1 to 4 cold damage to attacks, this mess up with elemental equilibrium? maybe this is the cause.
If anyone could help me with that I would aprecciate, thanks!

For it to affect EE proc, the spell needs to say “adds cold damage to spells.
You can check what types of damage your spell deals by hovering over the skill in the hotkey bar.
nice, so that is not the problem. Other question, the awakened gems are mandatory? because awakened elemental damage is very expensive, im using normal ones.

Awaken gems are always small boost for big cost.
21/0 elemental damage is 55% more damage for 9 chaos.
1/0 awakened ED is 55% more damage for 3ex but level up ta 59% more.

War Banner and Dread Banner don't help because they are for physical damage. In the PS build, we use 100% cold conversion.

I would add that spectre level is also very important. There is massive difference in spectre survivability and minion damage scaling from spectre level 79 to let's say 83 - I'd say level 81+ should be good enough. At that point they should start to feel a lot better damage-wise.

1x or 2x Unending Hunger jewels for faster mapping, if you can manage to get Awakened GMP is also extremely helpful as it helps with clearing and is great for your bossing DPS.

Was asking because I have about 11% 'Spare' mana...seems like other than banners, there are no other skills that reserve only 10% mana.

May I also ask how / when physical damage works when we use Cold Conversion on physical damage spectres such as Syndicate Operatives?
E.g. Understand that the banners won't work because they are for physical damage. If we Link Vicious Projectiles to Raise Spectre, will the "More Physical Projectile Damage" still work for SO? If so, is it because it is linked directly to Raise spectres?

Another question on Predators Support Gem. It says:
(1) Minions deal 25% more damage.
(2) Minions deal 24% more damage to the prey.
Does it mean that the prey that is being marked will get 49% more damage while the rest of the monsters get 25% more damage?

We convert 100% of minion's physical damage to cold through these gloves:
by having all of the sockets colored green.

Vicious Projectiles benefit SO's directly because their main damaging attack is a projectile, and yes it's because it's linked to them.

And you are correct on the predator support gem, 25% more damage in general and 24% + 25% more damage to the prey.
