Carnage Chieftain can’t make use of a lot of the supports linked to Raise Spectre so it’s a major loss of DPS. Also, those chieftains need lifetap support to be constantly giving frenzy charges to the other minions and since you don’t use that in the spectre link, they will feel very underwhelming.
