@Kayela Hi there, is tehre a new spectre to use on this new patch/event ? Even the new mobs from ultimatum trials etc ? TIA

I can use this wand, in build 3.14 starter, it will not disturb the elemental balance? for having fire damage to spells

Looking to switch builds. Is the survivability in red map ultimatum good with this one may I ask?

Probably level 25 gem - +2 in head isn't too bad, and the +1 on feet isn't bad at all. getting those just gives you more powerful minions to farm currency for a +3 head and +1 spectre chest which then gets you 5. Don't forget to level a 2nd Raise Spectre in your offhand weapon(s) so if your corruption doesn't bump it to 21 you aren't left without minions. :D

Isn't the helmet one just for the gems socketed in the helmet though?

Yeah, you're right, my bad. You COULD go 4L Spectres - in the mass summoning build it's probably okay but for pure spectres you'd want the 6L so that won't work. I did a bit of trade searching....

Assuming 3 Spectres base (2 from sub-25 gem level and 1 from Death Attunement, both "free"), adding a fourth comes down to either pushing gem level to 25, or +1 Body:

+1 Spectres from Level 25 gem: ~60c minimum
o 21 from corrupting: vaal orb cost (negligible)
o +1 to minion skill gems on wand: ~50c
o +1 to raise spectre gem on boots: 1alch (unique) or ~10c (rare)
o +2 Spectres from ascendancy: free

+1 Spectres from 6L body: ~3-10ex

Seems like the level 25 is far more plausible unless you're rolling in dough this early. That's assuming you buy 6l and don't try to make it yourself, if you'd like to go that route its bare minimum 1ex + any crafting costs.

It depends on your Spectres' damage types, I believe. If you're using Frost Auto Scouts, you're fine. You just don't want any Adds X to Y FROST damage to attacks.

Your mileage may vary, but I am having a tough time with Ultimatum survivability. I can clear maps up to Tier 5 (not a ton of time to play this league unfortunately) but Ultimatums in lower tiers give me issues by the 3rd round or so. I still plan to stick with the build. Just add more life, life regen.

General mapping is fine but somewhere around round 4-5 I like to be smote.

EE with SOs. I don't do any direct damage. SOs are physical. My SRS does fire. And that seems about it. That really going to work for me?

And how do we avoid freeze in the pure spectre build, cant find a heat flask.
