For heists, I prioritize clearing a path to the lock case, then open enough lockboxes to fill the bar. A lot of times you can guesstimate how many boxes it will take so you dont have to backtrack and open enough along the way.

Look at the leveling skill tree.

Later, you can Anoint / oil your amulet to get Death Attenument, and save 7-8 points

I can find leveling skill tree is only 95-100 lvl Path of Building Pastebin

Yup. I think once we end up with fully leveled Rogues and probably with alert reduction equipment, it'll be a lot smoother of a process for getting full loot. I can usually get the actual target heist and 2 big chests and whatever small chests I run by during imminent lockdown as well so it's not too bad. My biggest issue with Heist is more the stability of them since I've crashed about a dozen+ times so far.

in lower left corner you can switch trees for any act.

My experience as well. I am pleasantly surprised how much useful skeletons are. Also, it feels like most of the time the skellies on a 3-link are doing more damage then 3 Slave Drivers on 4-link.

Yep. And that's the biggest "nerf" to necromancers this league.

Minions have leash range. They will run back to your necro if you move away too far. Predator locks minion to target like an endgame boss, so you can move away like if you need to run away from big aoe attack. You can even hide behind a wall or offscreen kill.

If you have problem with enemy resist lightning pen is good.

Other option is hypothermia if you use green socket. It will work because skitterbot gives chill effect.
