" I think the reason a Tabula was suggested is because of how hard and how much more currency it is to find a 6 link with all Blue Colors. I couldn't find a cheap one myself, probably because they are much more in demand, and then you may have to spend tons of chromes(which I don't even have) to right and get the right colors. So I'm going for a Tabula for now. Tabulas are easy to sell when you don't need them anymore, even if it is for a few chaos less. I'll save my currency for when I have few exalts and can afford the right chest with the right colors. | |
" uh...you know socket colors are influenced by the stat requirements right? example: it's not hard to get 6 blue sockets on a vaal regalia. It's not even that hard to get 6 blue on a hybrid piece. And who the heck sits around waiting for the right colors? Sounds like you need to learn the basics. You're wasting a lot of time and effort when you could just sit down and learn these things. " It comes down to how much currency someone can realistically get. And how much they want to spend learning the game; some people would like to just jump on and enjoy some ARPG action and log off. Consider a Tabula which costs 10c. " Sorry, but not everyone can know all of the ins and outs of the game, especially people that don't don't devote tons of hours to the game. As the old saying says, "how do you know what you don't know?". But if you are saying I can get 6 blues on a Vaal Regalia, only using my 45 chromes, then I'll go for it. " It all looks pretty good. At this stage, you want to upgrade your gear in small increments and also consider re-arranging your stats. For example, getting dex on an amulet is much easier than a ring, which then allows you to look for a ring with more life. Sorry but noob question: Why we need crafting bone helmet with stat: "+x to socketed minion gem" when we dont use any minion gem in helmet like in the guide?

" It's not necessary. It was just lucky that the fossil craft hit both +2 socket and 5% reduced mana on my helmet. For the basic craft you only need reduced mana reserve.
