Welcome, I am Warcry, and this is my official Warcry's Way of the Windripper build guide.

This thread will contain all the information you will need to make the in my 6 years experience based opinion - best MF to clear speed and strength ratio build to date.



Pros / Cons:

+ Mid to High Budget. You invest as much as you want. The build just works.
+ Return on investment. This is a MF build.
+ Big Boi Drops
+ You are very fast and can destroy the whole screen in one click if you want.

- Not T16+ friendly. Uber elder will shove his tentacles all the...
- Headhunter makes the build 100x more fun. Who said money can't buy happiness.
- Not very HC friendly.

Ascendancy:

Deadeye:

I chose the new Deadeye over Pathfinder for a few reasons.

+ Mathematically over double the damage.
+ Accuracy seizes to be an issue.
+ Free chain, letting us use mirage archer and avoid a less multiplayer.
+ Tailwind.
+ Blink Arrow Speed.
+ Overall due to higher clear speed, you end up having more HH stacks once you get to a boss.
+ Smoother playstyle.

- No Permanent up time on Divination Distillate.
- No mindless flask spamability.



Budgeting and Order of Importance:

#1 Bisco's, double abyssal socket lightpoacher, and nice jewels
#2 Headhunter [Use a Queen of the forest > Greed's Embrace if you don't have one!]
#3 Everything else.

- Opt for non legacy gear first. Upgrade if you want more MF and enjoy the build :)

Please don't think that spending as much on the build as I have is in any way necessary. I have just gimped out my char because of excess sc currency accumulated over 6 years, and how much I am enjoying the build.

Definitely a Super High price to this build, if you try this without a helm enchant you're going to get clunky performance as a MFer.

This is not a "mid to high budget" build. This is more like "high to 'hello, i'm a streamer' budget" build to be honest.

You dont need the helm enchant. I played for a week without it. You dont need a legacy ripper, you dont need a 6L (mirage archer is for looting mid breach or speed running with HH stacks). All the gear non legacy is dirt cheap. The only things that will cost you a bit are nice jewels and rings to get rescapped.

This char is also my sc currency dump atm, and im throwing nice gear on it because I want to. Trust me when i say its 100% not necessary :)

Definitely viable. The damage from two abyssals made me enjoy the build more though. As you can see i haven't gone for "as much mf as possible everywhere", but more for a MF/Maps/Hour setup, which can chain farm T16 Burials with ease.

Hah, just as i was thinking of making a gg mf build in standard this came up. Though i don't think ive got enough currency for this. How good of a result do you think i can can if I have HH, leg Vinktar(conversion though, but only leech matters) and about 30-40 ex lying around?

More like 'hello i am big rmter from mom's garage' build.

Not really. I mean, there are items in standard worth more than this entire build. This entire build is worth less than 1000ex, which in standard terms is not much tbh, especially for long time players.

Edit: And the price goes way, way down when you remove the crazy, unneeded corruptions, the legacy vinktar, ripper, and hh.
