hey nice build but i have 2 questions
1. elemental focus stop herald of ice from working should i not use it ?
2.for maping what is more efficient KB or PS?

You're correct. I'm not the maker of this build, but I have been playing it. You can socket Lightning Penetration for similar clear speed / pack DPS. In my experience, the shatters make up for the lost DPS from losing the more multiplier, but it also makes you more all in on your lighting damage - your cold and fire are going to suffer for losing it. Your blue pack clear is a bit worse if you can't shatter one (thus hitting others with the Herald effect and cursing them), but it's still somewhat comparable. I'd keep it handy, I tried swapping to Lighting Pen after buying the Celestial Herald effect.
