Is it too early to say that this build is dead when EQ is nerfed and "EQ has less duration" helm enchant is removed?

o_O Not sure EQ change is a nerf yet. Less flat means it is more dependent on your weapon, but it has higher multipliers now. |

hegemony's era now gives 20% spell block chance into implicit intead of 18% attack block chance.
shockwave got some changes too....along all other stuffs..... well...let s see hmmm...

Im sure you are busy but any chance you are going to update the guide for 3.11 before league start?
Also couple quick questions that Im wondering about after reading the patch notes. How will the changes to Shockwave support getting increased number of uses and the EQ less duration helmet enchant getting removed factor into the attack sequence/speed in this build? Is the new fist of war support a must for EQ now? What are your thoughts (I know we dont have details yet before the patch actaully is live) about the new Chieftain Tawhoa, Forest's Strength? Could that be a good bet for a huge DPS increase and how would you build a Chieftain instead of a Jug or is it just stupid to go for another ascendancy for that one notable? | |
Earthquake
Aftershocks no longer have added Attack Physical Damage. Aftershocks now deal 150% more Damage with hits and ailments. Can now be used while unarmed. The base radius of the initial hit is now 14 units (from 18). Labyrinth helmet enchantments that granted reduced Earthquake duration can no longer be obtained, though existing versions are unaffected. Glancing Blows Judgement Staff: Base Crit chance is now 6.5% (from 6.3%), Implicit now grants 20% Spell Block chance (from 18% chance to block Attack Damage). Shockwave Support Now gains additional uses as the gem levels up, up to 4 at gem level 20. Now deals 160% of base Damage at gem level 1 (unchanged), up to 260% at gem level 20 (from 210%).
