If Presence of Chayula isn't an option Vertex is a very cheap helm, with solid stats and 30 Chaos res, with 20 From the tree and an Amethyst Flask you can have 25% chaos res Reliably for about 1 Chaos and an Alchemy. You can also get further reductions from the Pantheon Tree.

I like to use 20% Phase Run with increased duration (and if you have the sockets which you should in this build since it uses hardly any, faster casting. Combine it with a Quicksilver and just run through packs of mobs and you should be able to breeze through content fast enough to satisfy your Bloodlust, Add in a Leapslap or Lightning Warp to cross Impassables from time to time and you'll be golden.
