Also, I noticed you have "is the enemy blinded?" selected on PoB - where's the blind coming from?

Ancestral Warchief has Blind support linked with it (apart from Culling) and with 4.32 APS every 2 seconds he should apply blind in about 2 seconds of attacking. With the quality and increased duration by the gem level the blind should last a little more than 6 seconds. As a result, you could easily achieve "permablind" on bosses, guardians etc.

Gotcha- Noticed you took the 2 passives as well instead of Allira, where'd you get the extra res? I noticed that if you take taste of hate off, you're not cold capped and on boss fights, the flask wont always be up so should we still be grabbing Allira or nah?

You 're totally right, I completely overlooked the ele res without ToH!!!

I rearranged it a bit

Still it has almost 2,8 mil dps and 5450 life.

The extra res i got was from the 3 nodes above Sentinel, which even though you need 3 points to get all of them, you also activate an extra jewel slot. So, in the end it ended up with a bit more life and dps.

However, Alira will also help in the leveling process, so it's like a trade whatever route you choose to go for (I'm still undecided on which one I'll take for myself).

So I was looking at this further and thinking about how to get the resists earlier than the max level (95 on PoB). The one ring we have that we could possible add to, it'll be easier to find something that's dual resists rather than something that's got lightning/elemental and physical. Is the elemental dmg worth it?

Ele damage was more like icing on the cake. I did some more research on the league prices and a ring with the stats i ve put on POB but instead of lightning damage you get about 40% cold res, would cost about 30-40c. So the answer is that you could easily cap your resistances way before level 95, probably just a little later after reaching maps.

Of course you could go at the beginning for a two stone ring and later in the process change it to a diamond one, since the damage should be more than enough for early map tiers.

Another option would be to try and find jewels with one crit multi affix, max life and dual resistances (fire and cold preferably), which shouldnt cost more than 10c each.

It would ultimately lower your dps but you could max your resistances quite easily this way and when you have amassed currency, change them to double crit multi and life.

Might be worth going Allira for the levelling stages and then switching out at level 70ish to the 2 more passives? Also I was playing around wit the ring stats, if you take a diamond ring with dual res, life, Increased elemental damage and then craft all res on it, it gives a pretty decent boost to dmg overall.
Heh, just found my starter...
I was thinking about raider variant since i played gladiator in flashback (with evil meta stats stick).
This should rock pretty hard all the way to lvl100 :)

Yes it's optimal for the speed leveling process to do this, but not very cost efficient. Since we re talking about a league starter and at the beginning you ll need every currency you amass to invest in gear, I am generally more in favor of keeping your bandit choice all the way through. With this in mind, I think it's better if you choose which bandit option you want and then plan your point allocation accordingly so you can save 20 regrets which could become another crucial item in your gear!

Nice to hear that! Yes the stat stick madness is becoming a bit boring that's why i wanted to try a combination of unique items (swords in that case) that were not widely used, thus making the gear acquisition much easier. Of course in the end you need to 6-link your QoTF and you need some expensive jewels, however, not needing a number of exalts for each of your dual welding weapons should make this character much easier for the league start while also having the potential to clear the endgame content easily!!!

Yep... as you mentioned, stats sticks are being a bit boring and dual+ mods incredibly expensive... I like to "build" a build from accessible items (like past few leagues with elebuzzsaw) instead of multi-ex meta items to make build "more" enjoyable or even viable :)

Patch notes are out, everything looks very promising!

One important note for everyone who wants to try any reave build:
Stay away from echoing shrine! Using this shrine with any movement skill together may lead to heavy health injuries IRL, like eye cancer and epilepsy... Probably more cancerous speed than flicker!
You have been warned, use at your own risk!

yo i find that this build is kind a nice but is it hc viable?
