0.2% does not sound much but it could be enough. Just test it on a no regen map yourself. I am using a 0.35% on an amulet and it works like a charm.

Keep in mind that the budget version of this build will not be as strong as you can Imagine. It requires real currency investment.

What I should change first. Today i will prop get lv 90, so which passive nodes are most important Right now, could you tell me what to do? I have like 4 ex.

I Have troubles with clearing incursions and feel my dmg is quite low any ideas on how to fix this?

Pushing to 100 now, I dropped 3 life nodes and took 2nd curse at the top, and am running blasphmey temp chains. Only lose like 300 life, isn't horrible, still sitting at 9405 life with dual curse.

helmet with VD +1 to start.

vd lvl 21 is another big one.

incursions can be hard if high ele resists.
maybe get a pen with 3 white socket and slot in fire pen into one of them
vaal rf is another way to boost dmg.

Has any one tried playing this as Chieftain?
I checked in POB the damage is going insanely high without the need of Xoph's blood.. i can't afford it as of now..
