tbh I think if you're lvl 90+ its worth dropping MoM which lets you replace the helmet for a nice rare with a big chunk of life or maybe another unique and then grab the scion life wheel too. You'll get close to the MoM eHP and if you want could get a shaped ring with life gain on spell hit to get more lifesustain. Dropping MoM ->using wrath and HoI and get a rare belt with wrath effect corruption. Gonna throw my char into PoB and test a bit. Hey everyone, after trying out 3.3 buffed arc on standard and watching the market, I'm pretty confident that Inpulsa should now be second in priority to Poet's Pen. Arc is really damn strong now, and I'll update the guide & probably kill Uber Elder later this week when I have some downtime.
