Possibly. We'll know for sure when the patch notes come out tomorrow. We do know that LW (and Flame Dash as well) will get a boost though so movement and clearing should be a bit faster

Hope they don't touch Inpulsa and elementalist in any -ve way.

If things go bad I will still try and make a BL build somehow. BL is just an underrated skill for Single Target. Might even go for Heiro BL Totems if Elementalist/Arc/Inpulsa are gutted.

I had so much fun with this build in Incursion I'm not sure how to follow it up. I did try the Low Life variation on an old char in Standard to see how it worked and it's great as well. Better single target for sure. Now that the leagues merged into Standard I was able to get all my gear to use with that old char. Tried a T16 and just melted Phoenix (Video).

There is an 'addition' to passive tree (witch area) which I think is great:

There is a new Mana cluster just above the Deep Wisdom notable which grants 31% increased Maximum Mana, 20% increased Mana Regeneration Rate, 20% increased Mana Recovery from Flasks, and 2 Mana Regenerated per second split across 2 small passives and the Arcane Will notable.

Once you switch to MoM, I think this will go nicely alongside "Inspiration" node.

Also... (I'm thinking), since 'Mind of the Council' helmet gives '30% increased maximum mana', will this addition to witch area passive tree, make the Mind of the Council helmet little less required for the MoM version of the build? ...OR ...maybe we can use all 3 ('Inspiration' node, (new 3.4 mana node), and Mind of the Council helmet) together, but take out some other passive points?

Would like to hear OP (dariidar) comment on this. :)

There's a specific section in the original post about leveling as a league starter.

What about the tree for 3.4? Any significant change? Are you planning to update this guide until the release?

I am in love with this build, will be my league starter following Enki's levelling guide.

Does anyone have any basic tips for using Poet's Pen? First time poet's pen build but 1000h in the game.

Tinkered with an elemental reflect immune setup using paragon of calamity and intuitive leap jewel for frenzy on hit and 25% mana increase node instead of frenzy in gloves to farm for currency early on in the league. Not intending to farm bosses with it just spam maps.

Does this damage seem right? Also swapped out charged dash cause it felt super clunky and never really ended up using it in flashback when mapping with lw+quicksilver flask (personal preference). Attack speed 3.73 before frenzy charges, ehp 6.4k should still be fine for just mapping. Conductivity CoH Shock Nova CWDT for lightning pen on whatever doesn't die in one shot.
