i had a ton of wok, thus i could not play a lot :(

now i started playing again and still in love with this build :) sadly my pc is going down and playing in t10+ maps results in a lagfest. but i still will go on with it :)

could you give me a hint what to improve next? (do was self linked in 5 tries :) )

Thank you for your anwser. You are right man im retarded. Clarity lvl 20 is really useless, using Clarity lvl 1 give me enough mana and no need the 4 passive mana nodes (still need the 2 reserved mana nodes near Zelato) i think the only way is using Heretic but only 2 points and i like a lot Ebers for Void Gaze (also my Ebers is perfect with Despair enchant).

Btw with this changes, i have 90 mana, faster casting again and all auras and curses. Maybe Heretic works better, will buy one with despair enchant soon just for test it.

I will try the 6L like you said, i though was more confortable just swap the armor instead 6 gems.

Red Elder was pretty easy to kill, without ED only using Blight & DO, Wither with multiple totems the Null portals phase and its ez (also saved 1 time the shaper without deads).

I did UberElder guardians aswell, but obviously its a bit slowly.

Not as far as I've tested. Also there's so sockets left with the staff.

I got finally my DO 6L with 3 white sockets and im using only 1 like you said.
Since the mana is a problem with ES i use Enfeeble/Despair against bosses and put off Temporal Chains.

Only need ED For UberElder so i think is ok without TC. My question btw is about the support gems.

Looks like Concentrated Effect still support DO, my essence drain have 4 links and Do like 3, thats good or its a kind of bug or my mistake?

No, your ED will have 6 links and your DO will have 3, with the ED setup, they will share links. But that's just for bosses, rest of the time, keep all of your 6S for the DO gems.

I use ED only against UberElder but still pretty hard (rest bosses can do it without ES only using Death Aura + Blight).

Im not sure if its possible to kill UElder only with Death aura, hope will have enough currency for get 21/20 gems, with Essence drain still ripped and had 1 try in UberElder with Blight only better than with ES.

My ES icon btw show a 4L only so not sure if the 6l is works mate.

I had another question. What do you think about the Breath of the Council? Maybe can i get a better weapon with Elder/Shaper base and multiple craft mods?

I think could be a good way for get more dps and finnally kill UberElder, my goal is kill him with Death Aura only.

If you have ED with 5 proper support gems linked together, it should support it fine, not sure what the problem is. I've written down what gems to link it with, just in case you missed that.

Okay this made me look at multimodded gear, which I hadn't considered and yes there is an alternative.


This wand is completely multimodded.
It's better than Breath of the Council. You can import it into Pob and check.

There's 3 options (I'm comparing these to the current Grey Spire setup):

1. Dual wield two of these wands. (I don't recommend this)

2. Wand and shield.

3. Keep using Grey Spire.


Basically if you can't live without Profane Bloom (need to drop Withered presence for it, meaning you need sockets for wither totem), make one of these wands and use a shield, dual wielding will be really squishy I feel with 6k EHP best cast. Also losing +4 max res is huge.
Otherwise I still think Grey Spire is better.
