does this build still work for 3.3?

I've been trying this build out, and I am pretty frustrated with it. The damage feels really low. I have tried red elder a few times and I cant clear the adds before they kill shaper. Any suggestions?

" If you're struggling to kill red Elder, I'm thinking you must be missing something. Can you post your POB? For me the real gear check is at Uber Elder, where without the +1 enchant, I struggle to get him before the entire zone is one giant degen. Still, with the +1 and (slightly) better equipment I'm sure I could get it; I tend to make it to final phase before the degens zerg me. This is one of the few that I leveled up ASAP using the build itself. Poet's Pen, Bodyswap and VD seem to all work well from an early level. Nothing really stops you from playing it as soon as you hit the minimum level. Getting to there I just threw on some twink stuff. If you don't have the Pens, I'd just level elemental spellcaster I think, but as soon as you have PP, just go to town with it. It's a really fun, smooth leveling process. Some bosses take a while, but you're pretty damned tanky the whole way through.

Just hitting mapping now. Am I missing something as far as spending mana to keep zerphis up all the time? With blood magic on frenzy im just teleporting around the map killing myself with the health cost with blood magic. Only lose mana from MoM hits

tweet my gear and found a 5 link Slower Projectiles shaped glove from my alternative "sink" account, also boost hp from belt (but no flask mod), with haste + 21 purity of ice and frost wall, finally ko red elder with shaper alive, and got this
however, with around 5.6k hp at char level 91, should i level up to 93 and then grab one more jewel slot in order to throw one more life and damage jewel, or with aura and good flask management, it still able to kill uber elder within 6 portals?
