Is this build still viable in 3.9 version? Just starting poe

I used this with Molten Strikes in 3.8, and now in 3.9 standard I changed to Blade Flurry which indeed seems better and tanker. Do correct me if I'm wrong as it's my first time playing POE, now at Act 10, which was pretty much a breeze.

I have a second character, a Deadeye Lightning Arrow/Barrage build which is harder to play compared to this.

Mainly with rare items.

I really wanna try this in 3.9, and glad you think it's viable. What are the primary skills used here? Frost blades + molten or is it blade flurry? I see that you're using either one depending on the preview videos.

Hi I was wondering if this build still works and does lots of dps in 3.9?

Hi, wanted to try this Build. Started to farm Oni-Goroshi, as recommended with Scion. Now I checked the Path of Building and found, it is for Shadow and not for Scion. Can I convert the tree or do I have to use Shadow ?

I just imported my build to PoB and compared to Bashtart's my damage is pitifully low Idk why? His Frost Blades attack is at 134K average damage and mine is at 8,511. I think I am missing something when importing my character from Xbox to PoB, no way my damage is that low my build is nearly identical.
