Hey Rymri, I took a quick look at your character, I'm sure Rupeneus and others know their stuff better, but the single largest upgrade you can do to your build is buying a dying sun. Playing with you PoB code, I found that you can achieve 300k more barrage dps with a dying sun active. Also, I am not sure why you are using a taste of hate, since we are not doing physical damage.
Additionally, alot of your jewels are very... meh. Try getting 20+ plus life with 2+ flat elemental rolls on every jewel. Crit multi is also very powerful. If your potion lineup is: flat damage vinktar's, atziri's promise, 15% pen wise oak and dying sun, you can get to over 1 million dps. Improving your jewels will also provide some intense benefits. I'd focus on improving your potions first. Cheers. |

" probably you've overpaid for those opal rings, diamond rings are cheaper. your jeewels are just placeholders, they dont' hold any value in terms of DPS, some of them have resistances and some of them have life roll some don't. for example, the jewel linked in your chest has added damage to staff attacks? why? one of your jewels is giving 41 life, 2 resists and 99 evasion, why would you bother buying that for example? one of your jewels give dexterity, strength, evasion and life.. not even one single dps addition on that jewel? why? I was thinking that it's obvious that for this build jewels are the main source. for 5c you can find really really good jewels with elemental damage, life and crit multi even. Even your 3 modded jewels are completely irrelevant with the build. i don't see jewels on your gloves, not even murderous eye. maybe you are using some there but took them off? Let me know. you are using toh and lion's roar, i don't know what benefit do those bring to your build but they are quire useless. if you are using pathfinder you need one bubbling flask too. extremely weak jewels(only watcher's eye is there which helps you to penetrate the damage that you couldn't have from your jewels), wrong flasks, probavly overspent on opal rings which offers nothing to the build. Instead of pen nodes arcing blows, giving crit nodes on wand area would be a better idea also, whatever the pob says. I think you misunderstood the build, it's my fault too for sure, but you need better jewels. I think you did wrong jewel choices, it's not only about lacking enough budget to perform the build cause i keep buying 5c jewels since long time, i'd rate the ones i'm buying as 4 between 7 out of 10 grade while the jewels you are using are like 1 - 3 out of 10 grade. It's true that if you want a jewel better than "7" grade, the price jumps up dramatically but that's not your case. Your jewels offer nothing to the build "You have great power. " thanks for helping, what i'd like to add is, since the build uses Piscator's Vigil, you need flat damage first, flat damage has paramount importance over anything cause without having flat damage, what good dying sun can do while using piscator's? Nothing. Piscator's base damage is 0-0 without jewels and auras. My first shaper kill was without using dying sun in first week for example.(i didnt record it cause i took 4 portals : )) "You have great power. You're right to be proud. Alright, i tried to tidy the build up a bit with your suggestions and its definitely working a lot better now. Still feel like im missing a lot of damage in comparison to yours though. Not quite shaper ready. Anything else you would change? I know i need to balance my resists.

" way better than before you just gotta get replace useless jewels with good ones. for example the jewels on your gloves and helmet are great but your chest has stilll useless jewel socketed on it. But you get the idea, in time you'll upgrade them too i'm sure. let me know how your progression goes "You have great power. You're right to be proud. Hey i have maybe a stupid question, but how is The Wise Oak working if u have dying sun and Vinktar up your lowest is cold res right? That means if u have all Flask up The Wise Oak wont work for all Elements right?

" no it's not stupid, in that case it gives fire and lightning penetration and cold damage reduction only, that's right. But on jewels fire and lightning are the best flat damage elemental types so that fire & lightning penetration works perfectly. "You have great power. You're right to be proud.
