Unfortunately I cannot see your character at the moment to give a more accurate opinion but if you are running bisco's you're missing out on some resists there. A rare would go a long way and a daresso's salute would get you between 30%-40% of both fire and cold res.

I never really have problems over capping myself. I have my filter set to show two-stone rings always and I pick them up all the time. Throwing a few alchs on them in hopes for good life or resist rolls usually will net you some good results. With the bad ones you just save and use the vendor recipe to get a prismatic ring when you have 1 of each kind of two-stone.

Doing that keeps me with a tab full of decent resist rings if I need to change things around for a new better drop or whatever the case may be.

These are some examples of doing just that.

I assume you are using Belly for more life over a Carcass Jack? They both have roughly the same all res range but the Carcass jack will give you a lot of damage and some upto 70 flat life.

I don't know how the Xbox trade market is and hard to tell with how your gear is in comparison. Tri resist belt (or double resist Fortify) and boots, and high resists rings should be enough to at least cap your resists. You can get an extra 6% all resist (plus extra fire) with the HP hybrid nodes near Resolute Technique.

Try taking a look at Muirey's rares and see how they roll in comparison to your gear. If you have some tri-resist rings that only add up to 30% all resist, then possibly can be upgraded since you can get 15% all resist on 1 roll.

If that checks out, then I've only got 2 suggestions:
1. Abyss Jewels with HP, resist, and damage.
2. Use a rare amulet until you get better resists to use Bisco's. The only other unis you can swap are Hrimburn, but lose all of that cold damage conversion. Or drop Devoto's and lose a lot of other stats. At least with swapping Bisco's, you're just trading loot for survival (and maybe some dmg depending on rolls).

Edit: Too late to the party. Tried to find Xbox filter on poe.trade but looks like they removed it.

Not a problem. If you need help with anything else don't hesitate to ask.
Would a Watcher's Eye that does 40%+ physical to cold conversion when hatred is activated be useful for this build? I think it could free up the glove slot for something else.

The roll on that is 25-40%, so at max roll, you're losing 10% conversion. And a Watcher's Eye with just a 40% roll goes for more than a Daresso, which gives dmg, range, resists, and move speed.

Can it work: Yes.
Is it better: IMO, no. I don't know a lot of the high end gloves, but nothing rings a bell that would be better than Daresso and loss of conversion for this build.
The only thing you'd really use in glove slot that would benefit the build more than Hrimburn would be a well rolled pair of spiked gloves, Zeal gloves for more attack speed or Insanity gloves for faster leap slams.

Plugging a perfect water's eye in to PoB and a perfect pair of Deafening Zeal Spiked gloves gives like 100k dps at the cost of like.. 100s of ex at the very least. Hrimburn are a few Chaos on the other hand heh.

You can check it for yourself if you use PoB. What I made....

Watcher's Eye with 15% cold pen and 40% cold conversion with Hatred
Spiked gloves with max rolled Melee dmg, Max Deafening Zeal roll, Max Phys roll.

The damage went up roughly 105K.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Now cold conversion aside a Watcher's Eye can roll upto 15% cold pen while hatred effects us and added cold damage with hatred. The cold damage is kinda meh but 15% more damage pen is pretty good.
Right now, just the cold pen Watcher's eye are 1ex and up. Not horrible honestly.
Is it worth it for how expensive it is? That all depends on where you are currency wise. If you have everything else already and are just sitting on Ex then sure why not!
Only the damage Pen really benefits this build. If you had a low cold conversion and damage pen that'd be fine so we'd be all cold but as soon as that cold conversion gets added on the price jumps from 1ex-ish for just cold pen to the ONLY cold pen/cold convert combo of 90ex.
Watcher's Eye is a unique Prismatic Jewel. Using a divine orb will not change the random aura modifiers to two new ones. There are 2,652 combinations of possible modifiers that the jewel can roll.
So you cannot buy a shit one and hope for new mods. It is what it is when it drops. Needle... Massive Haystack. :D
If anyone is interested the guide for the Slayer version of this build is up!
[3.1][Slayer] 2h Freezing Cyclone! ~Fast Clears ~ Freeze all Content~
Same basic playstyle but the benefits of Slayer Ascendancy(mmm overleech).
Is the double damage to chilled enemies unique any good to this build?
I assume you mean Frostbreath? It’s the only one I recall giving double damage to chilled enemies and while you could make it work, the damage would be far lower. Even dealing double damage Disfavour just brings so much to the table.
