Ranger - [3.2] Demi's 4.6M+ DPS CI Physical + Chaos Raider Wander

How would the new Assassin with poison do? With Raider we get: frenzies, gotta go fast in general, immunity to aliments and dodge. Assassin would give : easy powercharges, crits and charges sustain, poison. Was poison buffed recently (haven't played since harbinger)? @demigodkinglol I want to try this build in-league, I was wondering if power charges are necessary for this build as I found it makes it hard to get high life w/o spending lots of ex on gear, so instead I specced for more life and charisma.
