Buff Icons block cursor targeting

The aura and buff icons in the top left hand corner block your mouse from targeting things which the UI is covering. This is a huge problem in pvp and although not as big of a deal in PvE it still can be bothersome.
If you are auto attacking/casting and your mouse goes over the UI of the buff icons/auras it immediately stops the further casting/attacking. If this games PvP wasn't shit you wouldn't have this problem. Why? Because you'd be name locking your opponent and not just holding down attack and circling your screen, drawing pictures, playing tic tac toe etc..etc..
