Ranger - [3.3] MF Windripper Deadeye | TS and Barrage

Hello Matt, Reckon in 3.2 this build can still do all maps and all content? Looking for a MF somewhat build that lets me farm maps as MF and also changing a few pieces would let me complete Shaped, Uber elder, elder shaper and such.
