Next league I plan to run this build (unless it's nerfed). Do you recommend to just straight up starting with it, or is it better/easier to start with a cheap starter build, and level windripper after I have some currency to kickstart it?

I'm still having issues completing Shaped Vault, and especially the boss. Most of the time I can clear the map fairly well, although not very quickly, unless there are some hard hitting mobs in there. So I have a few questions if someone could answer (btw, my raider char name is MohSalah so you can view):
Would a +2 Tornado Shot Projectiles enchant on helmet make that huge of a difference? Are my gems just still too low? Do I just need to lvl up more for a few more passive points? Are there any items/jewels I can improve? Would it just be more worth it to do regular Vault instead? I have two empty green gem slots in my bow that I don't know what to put in. By the way, my hideout TS DPS (with golem, herald of ice, and grace aura only) is 26k, and the problem does appear to be my DPS. Appreciate any help! Thanks! | |
" At the moment rarity doesnt matter at all. The idea is to brute force the best drops by just sheer getting more drops. Stack IIQ and win. Cards and currency are not affected by IIR. The only stat that affects them dropping is IIQ and thats just because you roll on the loot table more because you get more drops |

" To answer your questions in order, Yes -- TS proj is a HUGE difference. Yes -- you want your gems to be qualitied -- 20/20s are cheaperino Your items are ok. -- Change the chest to Yrils and boots for +2 darkray vectors. Icebite starts doing real work at 8-9 charges. You also NEED NEED NEED NEED NEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEED to balance your res for oak. its too vital not to do. King of the kill + freezing will essentially make you immortal. Having a boss swap for the amulet and gloves will help you kill harder bosses easier. I personally use 2s tombfist and a baller amulet with lightning damage and crit chance and crit multi and WeD. Dumb questions (or something I missed), probably:
the way we have curse on hit set up, wouldn't we want ice bite on TS? why enlighten on blink arrow? |

" If you have 8-9 frenzies yes Ice bite would go on TS. Personally, Enlighten is just on wrath for my character and that is where I happened to be able to fit blink arrow. Enlighten doesnt hurt Blink arrow, just makes it a little cheaper. I use Onslaught on my HoI instead of ice bite since generating frenzies are easy enough as is. |

Is the lionseye fall tree set-up truly the best? If you get a ton of GG abyss jewels wouldn't a different variation without the lionseye fall be better? No price ceiling ofc if we are assuming BiS/level 100
