Overall i feel kind of squishy for certain map mods / bosses from t8 on, with 3500 life, capped res.
Kaoms would take too much str, i do not have.
So i think about :
- vinktars
- dying sun
- rigwalds quills ( does that offer much improvement to my current one?
- the helmet with +2 tornado ( kind of expensive currently ... maybe other upgrades first? )
- darkray vector with +1 ( i have without +1, but not using them to be able to cap res ... )
- or kaoms heart ( for atlas completing at least ... need to invest in str passives then )
... or other flask? i basically only run quicksilver + life flasks currently ...
any suggestion appreciated :)

I would defo get an atziri flask, its cheap and does wonders! :)

you can check my char _Roxanne_ , she able to clear t13 without dying , not killing boss tho . im using MF gear and another shitty rare . clear speed is okay i didnt plan to complete atlas with her tho, i got jugger for that.
I did some tests in PoB and from my observation :
-added lightning is worse than added cold (checked even with vinktar, wrath cuz im not using them in my setup)
- added cold vs ice bite with 7 charges, i still get more dps with ice bite and feels a lot better with generating charges
- perfect vinktar to attacks or even mine i had is worse in terms of dps than atziri's promise with 15% roll
With setup i have atm im comfortable farming shaped vaults + boss is melted aswell (facetanking him with vaal grace + point blank + standing on treasure piles). Worst thing is fact i have 2,8k hp, but with 70% to evade and 75 % to dodge it's hard to get hit, that's why im running double vaal grace instead vaal grace + vaal haste.
Going with something closer to your build, but did you consider the damage bonus for shocked enemies making added lightning worth it? Icebite is more dps on pob but I havent had an issue sustaining max frenzy charges so far

I've been farming sextant'd alch'd fortune favors the bold shaped vaults, but I can't safely do it with this character, I keep randomly dying to abysses or exiles or rares. Any suggestions on what to change with my build?

Yes, kind of sad somehow this conclusion, already put some 30 - 40 ex into the character and feels like never stable on higher tiers, or for bosses even from t12 on. Even when using a different armor the squishyness will stay i think ( dmg is not the problem on the other hand ).
Just thinking if its worth it putting some 20 ex more into it, if it will always stick to farm max t13 mobs only ... but somehow the build seems to be made exactly for that ;)
What type of Juggernaut you use btw? Your characters are set private
