Yea i did all incursions i got 2 doctors from them.

They're different to the POB and i find the POB hard to read.

Does it take time to update? It doesn't look any different to me and it's still different to PoB, for example, as i understand it, PoB has Boots with CWDT - Immortal Call - Increased Duration - Vaal Grace.
But, as i say, i find PoB hard to read.

I feel like neither sextants, vaals or zana mods are worth it, since you can sustain alch+go infinitely with 90%+ atlas completion.
Sextants cost too much time to buy since nobody offers large bulks atm. I feel that they are cost effective, but not time effective. In the time spent buying them you could simply run 2-3 extra maps.

I do pick up jewelry from the incursion loot, since that will be the last thing in the map and everything will drop in one place. Otherwise I only pick up value uniques and currency. I skip the boss except for when I roll twin bosses.

Sadly no doctor card yet, 140 maps in.

Can't decide x2 ventor or x2 Pariah or x1 both each?

Do you think it's worth using inspired learning for the build? Or it's fine without it? No HH.

Should I continue using the amulet I self-crafted or should I sell it cheap for a Bisco's?
