I'm looking and looking and can't find, how do you generate frenzy charges on deadeye with this build?

Tried this build in the new incursion. I appreciate the time you spent on it obviously but this build is the worst TS ive ever played.

" Before knocking the build actually get all the items before talking bad. Now I will admit this build is not a starter build at all. Once you get all the items in this build especially Windripper 5 or 6 linked with a decent quiver this build becomes pretty insane. I was clearing tier 14-15's all day long in pure magic find. If I wanted to go higher I just swap out bisco's and gambler rings for some more damage. The build get's very good the more gear you have. As with any build. On 20 exalt's this build will do verryy well. |

I'm sorry if i'm missing anything, as i tried to go over a few dozens posts back but couldn't find anything.
Your POB and level 93 tree is very different from the leveling guide (even at 99 points) you provide. Why is there such a difference? which is the better way to go? Just to clarify, i saw in the FAQ that you try out a lot of different things and that may cause a difference, but i was wondering which one i should follow for best results as of 3.3.
