Ranger - [3.3] MF Windripper Deadeye | TS and Barrage

Stupid question and most likely has been asked before but does this build work with a decent ele harbinger? Love this build and going with it in flashback but i dont think i will get my hands on a windripper. Or would a voltaxic rift work as a budget starter bow to low tier maps? Rigwald's Quills isn't really used for damage, it's used for its "Projectiles Fork" modifier, which goes really well with the Deadeye chain for clearspeed. I recommend using a phys to lightning gem in the helm to reduce the phys damage put out by it when running Phys reflect maps.
