I wouldn't consider Brass Dome as a real option because the 10% reduced movement speed is terrible for cyclone builds. I like your approach btw and I agree that headhunter is insane in Beachhead rotations, because our culling strike is huge and WE kill things and steal rare monsters' powers. ;)
For the jewels, I chose to go for the frontload damage + life + chance to shock route. Shocks feel really good in Beachheads (we usually run 4 players rotations in our guild) to speed up the final room's pack clearing.
With 5 jewel sockets + the boots enchantment you can go up to 35% chance to shock, which is a lot and you can reliably shock everything in the game (especially thanks to the ruthless blows of a properly linked 6L AW totem). Even endgame bosses get constantly shocked, but I suppose that the shock effectiveness on them is pretty low. A Vaal LT should grant a better effect on guardians or shaper.
Hey man, send you a PM.
Would you mind giving us a POB pastebin? Very interested in your version.

That's an overstatement. What the chest lacks in speed, it makes up for in defenses. Boots can roll 10-30% move speed - you're saying boots with 20% or less are not a real option for cyclone. What about 5% belt enchants and the 10% from Daresso's Salute? Are players without those using "terrible" gear? Of course not.
Brass Dome is a flavor option. It picks up an absolute ton of phys/crit mitigation which is completely fine. Considering Kaom's has pretty low armor and the fire damage goes right out the window; I'd rather put on a Brass Dome if I had to choose between the two for a BM Starforge build. Pairing a Dome with a Devoto's still puts you at a net positive on move speed. Certainly, it's not my first choice but this game has enough depth that players can choose to swap gear to add utility or robustness to their survivability.
This build more than most affords players such flexibility. The Starforge IS the build. If this were just a cyclone build, we'd all be using Atziri's Disfavor. The chest slot provides a lot of customization which is refreshing coming off a Shav's-dominated meta of leagues past.
For jewels on poe.trade, I would do the following:
search for:
+#% Increased Maximum Life
*Add a second filter group and here you will put in all the damage modifiers that increase your DPS:
-attack speed
-attack speed with (two hand)swords
-Increased Damage
-Inc Phys Damage with 2H Melee
-Inc Melee Damage
-Inc AoE Damage
-etc.
For your second filter group; change the value in the drop-down list from "And" to "Count" and set the min value to 2. This will look for jewels with your inc max life and two of any affixes in the second filter which will be all of your increases to damage. You can increase the min count to 3 if you want to spend A LOT of money on jewels that have 4 good affixes.
You can add a second filter group?!!
Damn, you just trippled my poe.trade efficiency.
I ran a few Tests and liked the Death's oath a bit more than Kaom's, unfortunatly it is a bad choice for the arakaali Phanteon,i testet it with selfcast Blood Rage and everytime IC procs you got 50% extra recovery for 4 sec and blood Rage stays active, with this and 1.5k life i thing im doing better with kaom's.

It always depends on what you're planning to achieve on the character. A 6L warchief setup is pretty amazing for guardians and Shaper, but if you're going for massive lab farming, for example, Kaom can be your best friend.
I am doing massive beachhead farming at the moment and I am running a double 6L setup (Starforge and Bronn's) with Headhunter and Daresso's Salute. It's extremely fast from the clearspeed point of view and you can easily run the full map in 7 minutes including the time spent while looting currencies.
@KingKahl: I'll import a pastebin when I get some free time to do it.

Youre right again XD, good to take alook in this read before selling my Death's oath, i mean the recovery isn't realy needed for mapping with 7k life i think and in case of guardians and shaper the debuff from Oath's isnt activ so the pantheon will fully work^^ now i go and equipp my Oath^^
Edit: only Beachhead wouldn't work in case of the bossfight with arakaali, but that wasn't a problem before i take arakaali so it shouldn't be now.

The tree in the OP and the PoB pastebin are inconsistent, why did you get rid of Executioner and go for Bloodletting instead? Has anyone else done this, and is Bloodletting more worth it over Executioner?
Did tweak the build a little bit.
Lvl 94
7,897 hp
996K DPS to Shaper/Guardian as per path of building.
1.23m DPS to regular stuff.
I was running a Disfavour build prior to this and pretty much the same gear/jewel/gem and I can say that this is way better. Was able to achieve the same numbers as above using Disfavour(almost a perfect roll) but when it comes to life this is much better. It's a difference of 1k hp. So, yes this build is good and can clear all content without any issues.
is there any chance you could post a pastebin? I would like to copy your build :)
if not, I can follow your tree under your name, but what ascendancies / bandits do you use?
Should I be using damage on full life instead of brutality? Just wondering where I can get the cheapest dps boosts from gems/gear. Failed a Mino map but it had shitty mods. Still need to lvl gems and Im at 6.9k life.

I can clear Minotaur, but not deathless. Damage is good, but he kept one shot me (6.5k life). lack of experience. Mods made big differee too.
